They clearly identified a few habits I was getting wrong, explained them properly, and helped me correct them without pressure. Thanks to that support, I passed my exam today. I just want to take a moment to say a massive thank you to Mark, who has been an absolutely incredible trainer from start to finish. I honestly can’t thank him enough. There were moments when I wasn’t confident in myself, but Mark never stopped believing in me. He kept reassuring me, motivating me, and reminding me that I could do it. Even when my test was cancelled, he still stayed calm, positive, and supportive. On the day of the test, his encouragement made all the difference. He wasn’t just a trainer — he was a true mentor who genuinely cared about my success. I also want to give a big shout-out to Dave and Cole. They played a huge role in helping me become the driver I am today. Each of them added something special to my training, and I really appreciate their patience, experience, and encouragement. I've got my c+ e licence and I'm really happy with the service and I can't remember all the names anyway a special thanks to Cole for being very patient with me last 2 days on the road traing in Abingdon as English isn't my first language. I went through a agency without knowing and if I had gone to Kim I could have saved money so I'd recommend if you are looking to get you license.
Just passed my Class 1 C+E with Kim’s driver training & can’t thank them all enough. Very friendly, welcoming bunch of people who are all very
knowledgeable & make you feel at home. My instructor Colin was very professional, patient & informative which helped me get through the tests.
