Becoming a member of the Ambulance Service is a rewarding career path, where you know you’re really making a difference to your community. There are several roles that you can choose, from a paramedic technician, emergency care assistant, or ambulance care driver. You may need to be able to drive an ambulance without a career in the NHS, maybe you want to work for the Red Cross, or St Johns Ambulance. Whatever the reason that you need to learn new skills we can help. To drive an ambulance you need to be able to drive a C1 vehicle.

Training Times are 7am to 11am and 11am to 3pm
All courses will include the DVSA Driving Test on the final day.
Test times are set by DVSA
All Training is in our own vehicles.
We can provide:
Short Courses from 3.5 hours including test time
Long Courses 38 Hours including Test Time
We have an onsite Reversing area which is available all the time, for you to perfect your skills.
