A Fantastic Day at the Berkshire Motor Show
The team at Kim Driver Training was delighted to be part of this year’s Berkshire Motor Show, held at Prospect Park in Reading. The event brought together an incredible collection of vehicles, local businesses, car clubs and families for a day celebrating everything automotive while raising money for local charities.
As a local HGV and specialist driver training company, we always enjoy opportunities to meet members of our community face-to-face, and the Berkshire Motor Show provided the perfect setting.
Meeting Future Drivers
One of the highlights of the day was chatting with so many visitors who were curious about starting a career in professional driving. We spoke to people considering learning to drive a lorry and people who just love our HGVs!
It was fantastic to answer questions about our Class 1, Class 2, C1, D1, HIAB and Driver CPC training courses, as well as explain the straightforward process of gaining an HGV licence. Seeing the enthusiasm from so many people interested in the transport industry was incredibly encouraging.
A Great Community Event
The Berkshire Motor Show has been supporting local charities and bringing the community together for more than 20 years, and it’s easy to see why it continues to grow in popularity. Alongside an amazing variety of classic cars, trucks, motorcycles and specialist vehicles, there were arena displays, family entertainment, exhibitors and local organisations all contributing to a fantastic atmosphere.
We were proud to have our own stand among so many passionate exhibitors and were grateful to everyone who stopped by for a chat.
