Health and safety at work is important legislation, and you must comply to keep your employees and customers safe. As an employee you are responsible for:
- Conducting risk assessments to identify and control hazards.
- Providing a safe place of work, safe equipment, and proper facilities.
- Ensuring adequate instruction, training, and supervision for employees.
- Consulting with employees on health and safety matters.
- Having a written health and safety policy (for 5+ employees).
